- Introduction
At NODRIV (“EXPERIENCE MORE”), we prioritize transparency in all transactions. This policy defines cancellation and refund terms for B2B (businesses) and B2C (individual consumers) users, compliant with Indian consumer laws and international standards.
- General Terms
- All refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email (B2B: contact@nodriv.in / B2C: support@nodriv.in).
- Customized/personalized orders are non-refundable.
- Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- B2B Policy
(For Wholesale Buyers, Corporates & Resellers)
a. Cancellation:
- Requests accepted only before order processing begins (confirmed via email).
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)Â and payment terms are finalized during order negotiation.
- Post-processing cancellations incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds:
- Pre-shipment cancellations:Â 70% refund after deducting transaction/gateway charges.
- Defective units:Â Replacement only (no cash refund). Must notify within 48 hours with video proof.
- Shipping errors:Â Full replacement/refund if wrong items shipped.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Orders shipped as per agreed specifications.
- Damage due to improper handling by the buyer.
- B2C Policy
(For Individual End-Users)
a. Cancellation:
- Before shipment:Â Free cancellation (100% refund).
- After shipment:Â Cancellation rejected; return for refund applies.
- Returns & Refunds:
- Return Window:Â 7 days from delivery.
- Eligibility:
- Defective/incorrect product received.
- Unopened products in original packaging.
- Refund Amount:
- Deduction of 15% restocking fee + return shipping costs.
- Full refund for proven manufacturing defects.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Activated/used fingerprint USB drives.
- Products damaged by the customer.
- Return Process:
- Email support@nodriv.in with order ID, images/video of the issue.
- We provide a return authorization label.
- Refund issued after quality inspection.
- Shipping & Handling
- B2B:Â Shipping costs non-refundable; return shipping borne by the buyer.
- B2C:Â Return shipping paid by the customer; refund excludes original shipping fees.
- Contact & Dispute Resolution
- Queries: Email within 24 hours (B2B: contact@nodriv.in / B2C: support@nodriv.in).
- Escalations:
- B2C disputes governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
- B2B disputes resolved via arbitration in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- Policy Updates
GURUNATH TRADERS reserves the right to amend this policy. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.nodriv.in.
