1. Introduction

Welcome to www.nodriv.in (“Website”), owned and operated by GURUNATH TRADERS, a business entity registered in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions. Our tagline “EXPERIENCE MORE” embodies our commitment to quality and service.

2. Definitions

• B2B User: Businesses purchasing products for commercial use.
• B2C User: Individual consumers purchasing for personal use.
• Products: Fingerprint-based USB Pen Drives imported from a reputed manufacturer in China.
• MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity (applicable only to B2B Users).

3. General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

• Eligibility: Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Pricing: All prices are in INR (₹) and subject to change without notice.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indian law (Consumer Protection Act, 2019; Indian Contract Act, 1872).

4. B2B-Specific Terms

4.1 Ordering Process

• MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity applies. MOQ details will be discussed and agreed upon via email/phone before order confirmation.
• Custom Quotes: B2B orders require prior negotiation via contact@nodriv.in or phone (+91-6205745923).
• Payment Terms:
  • 50% advance payment for order confirmation.
  • Balance 50% before shipment.
  • Payment via bank transfer/NEFT only.

4.2 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines (5–10 business days) are estimates, subject to manufacturing and import schedules.
• Shipping costs borne by the buyer.

4.3 Returns/Refunds (B2B)

• No returns unless products are defective/damaged.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via contact@nodriv.in.

5. B2C-Specific Terms

5.1 Ordering Process

• Orders placed directly via the Website.
• Payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.

5.2 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within 7–14 business days across India.
• Free shipping for orders above ₹2,000.

5.3 Returns/Refunds (B2C)

• 30-Day Return Policy: Unused products in original packaging.
• Refunds processed within 14 business days.

6. Product Information

• Products are imported from a reputed manufacturer in China.
• Specifications (storage capacity, compatibility, etc.) are listed on product pages.
• Disclaimer: Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, tagline “EXPERIENCE MORE,” product designs) is owned by GURUNATH TRADERS.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GURUNATH TRADERS is not liable for:
  • Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, data).
  • Product misuse or unauthorized modifications.
• Maximum liability capped at the product’s purchase value.

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved in courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
• B2C Users may approach the Consumer Forum under India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
